I was in Body Pump class today. Feeling good. Having fun. Then our instructor was talking about growing a mustache for a Lance Armstrong prostate cancer awareness campaign called Mo (short for mustache) details are at www.livestrong.org. We were kind of making fun of him, and I meant to say he looked like Ron Burgundy, you know Will Farrel's character from Anchorman, http://www.imdb.com/video/screenplay/vi4080861977/. What I actually said was Ron Jeremy, the porn star. I was about 300 shades of red, and of course he probably thought I was a complete perve! I was so flustered, I didn't change my weight for bicep curls and ended up doing way more weight than I normally do. I guess that's good, but I'm afraid I'll be super embarrassed going back.
Oh well, I have to. I have to lose 1.2 pounds by Saturday to win the contest with the sisters. I was soooo good today. I ate salad for lunch and dinner. I'll be pooping the rest of the week. I'm also going to run like I'm being chased by a crazy person. I'm determined to win! It's the competitor in me! Ok, gotta hit the hay so I can get up and run! TTFN!
